Our Unfolding Acts Li

Strategen-JBS&G will be holding an Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA) member briefing on Thursday 7th November "Our unfolding Acts: Understanding the current state of play"

Designed for guidance and upon which to take action, our environmental Acts, namely Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC), Environmental Protection Act 1986 (EP) and Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (BC); are undergoing significant changes.

More than just a dress rehearsal, the changes within each - both proposed and currently in action - are dramatically affecting project budgets, timeframes and outcomes.

Pulling the pieces together scene by scene, Darren Walsh and Dale Newsome will outline Act by Act, how to read, interpret and implement the current state of play.

Places are limited. Email UDIA to register.
