Transaction Due Diligence

JBS&G has undertaken due diligence investigations to assess environmental liabilities as part of a number of large scale property transactions for Charter Hall.  The investigations have been focussed on identifying potential risks and liabilities associated with legacy landuses, and have typically been required in short timeframes at short notice.
