Masterplanned Redevelopment

JBS&G was engaged to provide services as a Victorian EPA-accredited Environmental Auditor for the residential redevelopment of various stages of a former cement manufacturing facility located in Fyansford, Victoria. The site comprises approximately 50 hectares in area and investigations identified a variety of contaminants in both soils and groundwater associated with historical manufacturing activities. The Auditor completed 53X Environmental Audits for 8 stages of the development to meet the timing requirements of the client, with all stages deemed suitable for the proposed low-density residential use.
