Our Bushfire Management Plans accompany strategic planning proposals, subdivision applications and development applications for residential, commercial, industrial, tourism and event type land uses.
We prepare comprehensive Bushfire Emergency Evacuation Plans for vulnerable land uses ensuring peace of mind for our clients.
We prepare BRMPs for high risk land uses which assess potential bushfire scenarios and subsequent risk treatment options to meet life, safety, property and environmental protection objectives of critical assets.
Our experienced team of qualified staff are recognised under the Bushfire Planning and Design (BPAD) Accreditation Scheme. We have current BPAD Level 1, 2 and 3 accredited practitioners enabling us to undertake all levels of bushfire consultancy services. We also conduct accredited reviews of BMPs, BEEPs and BRMPs.

BPAD Level 3 accreditation permits the use ‘performance principle-based’ solutions, rather than just the prescriptive ‘acceptable solutions’, to demonstrate compliance with relevant local planning policies and the national Australian Standard AS 3959 – 2009 Construction of buildings in bushfire prone areas.
