On many occasions, the proximity of the development to the landfill site has resulted in an unacceptable risk to the occupants from the potential migration of Landfill Gas (LFG) and other Hazardous Ground Gas (HGG). With the benefit of our experience, we help our clients identify, characterise and remediate the areas around these developments to safe levels, having also managed the implementation of mitigation systems for development directly on top of landfill sites.
