Andrew Winzer

Andrew is a Principal with the Assessments and Approvals team in JBS&G’s Perth office.  He has over 15 years' experience in the resources sector and has been responsible for the delivery of both mining (port, rail and mine) and civil (infrastructure, residential, industrial) projects.

Andrew has extensive experience in the fields of risk management, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and development and implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) to ISO14001 requirements.  

Andrew’s experience includes compliance audits for Environmental Protection Act 1986 (Part IV and Part V) and Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 approvals, as well as provision of compliance advice throughout the life of mine from pre-approval through to operations.
