Lisa is a Principal in our Brisbane office with over 22 years in contaminated land management, providing strong technical leadership for complex contamination projects. With a decade of experience supporting contaminated land auditors across States, Lisa has a sound understanding of Australian legislative and regulatory frameworks and is adept at validating, interrogating, and interpreting complex environmental data sets, leveraging innovative data management approaches to optimise outcomes and enhance communication with non-technical audiences.
Working alongside clients in mining, oil and gas, defence, local government, and other heavy industry sectors, Lisa helps navigate contamination risks and challenges, with expertise spanning site contamination assessment, incident response, compliance monitoring and reporting, remediation planning, costing and implementation, risk assessment, audit and expert witness support, and transaction due diligence work. Lisa is also aligned with the JBS&G’s National Sustainability and ESG team, recently diversifying her knowledge in the areas of mandatory sustainability reporting under the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards and GHG emissions carbon accounting. Lisa excels in multidisciplinary environments by collaborating authentically and applying pragmatic project direction and robust technical oversight to drive successful outcomes.
