Chemical Facility HAZMAT

JBS&G was engaged by a confidential client to conduct a HAZMAT assessment in relation to a chemical manufacturing plant located in central QLD. The area comprised several large storage warehouses, silos, manufacturing plant and pipes, administration offices, storage structures, shipping containers and a residential property. The project involved a comprehensive pre-demolition HAZMAT assessment of the onsite structures. Based on the potential explosive nature of the former chemicals processed at the site, and the dilapidated state of several structures, consideration of safety was of the upmost importance during the assessment.
