JBS&G's role on this project included the independent review of the pre-construction and construction environmental management plans, review of surface and groundwater monitoring works as well as ground gas assessment reports generated by the consultant. JBS&G's accredited contaminated site auditor provided high level strategic advice around the proposed management works including detailed site inspections and a review of all documentation to ensure that satisfactory site conditions were met in line with the regulators expectations up until the completion of the project.

JBS&G also reviewed the remediation and validation close-out documentation and prepared an Auditor's Report to facilitate suitable reclassification of the site under the WA Contaminated Sites Act 2003 in time for the stadium's public opening.
