Adelaide Convention Centre

JBS&G has undertaken ongoing hydrogeological investigations, assessment and remediation of groundwater contamination identified in the vicinity of the Adelaide Convention Centre, on the southern foreshore of the River Torrens near the Adelaide CBD since November 2006. The site forms part of the former rail yards that are being redeveloped for the Riverbank Entertainment Precinct. Significant historical contamination has been identified and a remediation strategy has been implemented that is protective of site users and the adjacent River Torrens. The remediation strategy encompasses a number of technologies applied in an innovative way to meet client requirements.
